As you may be aware, we are here there and everywhere. Mark is now resident in Canada, Jonny is doing the 6 monthly juggle between the UK and Canada.
We do have an office in Nottingham, but we want to make sure that you get exactly the information you need, so, we will call you back. This way, you speak to us!

Simply (email and ask for a call back). We endeavour to get back to you as quickly as possible.



Deposit and Balance:

We ask that a 25% deposit be made at the time of booking with a balance payable eight weeks prior to arrival in resort.

Last minute and spur of the moment bookings will be required to pay the full balance on confirmation to secure the last minute bookings.

The Whistler holidays page gives a guide to our prices per person for seven nights.

We understand that there can be no standard holiday for which we can base our prices, although we do think that 7 nights in Whistler is perfect for most people.

If you are wanting to do something different, then all you have to do is ask. See what we can do for you.

Mountain biking can be a dangerous sport so we have decided to make sure you protect yourselves by making the purchase of Hazardous Sports Cover a booking condition. DogTag offer Downhill policies for Canada from as little as £45 for 10 days cover.

STA Travel have policies that don't make any exclusions for mountain biking for £38 per week/£45 for 10 days. Plus you can add an excess waiver to the policy for an additional £5 - peice of mind!

It therefore stands to reason then that if your coming out on a ride with us, 'no helmet - no ride'
