Is there something that you want to know? Have we listed
it in our FAQ's?
No?! Well,
and ask away!
I've seen loads about Whistler's bike park in the mags and on videos, is all the biking quite so crazy?
Not at all! Whistler's bike park is graded much like a ski resort, from green easy runs through blue red and black up to double black diamond super steep technical trails. There is also the Magic park for first timers looking to get confidence before getting onto the main park.
Whilst getting a lift up sounds great.. what about the cross country riding?
The XC scene in Whistler has been around for far longer than the park. There are countless miles of XC trails in the Valley, all just a stones throw from the chalet. Have a look here for an idea of the XC riding in Whistler.
I'm coming with my family, what is there for them if they don't ride?
The beauty of Whistler is that it is fully open as a tourist destination throughout the summer. There are plenty of activities for all the family! Anything from swimming in the lakes to looking down on them from a float plane. Have a look at our families page for more on what there is to do.
I'm a bit out of shape, will I be OK?
You can ride as much or as little as you want. The riding is at the pace determined by you!
We're wanting to come and see Whistler as a tourist... I don't even ride a bike. Are we welcome?
You are more than welcome. We have worked hard establishing a reputation as a quality B&B with our other property the Altavista, and all that we have learnt goes straight back into the new property. The chalet is a great base for spending time in Whistler!
I still have more questions.. is that it?
Nope, there will be more to come, but feel free to ask away!
