The infamous Doddy know a thing or two about riding bikes - I wouldn't be suprised if he didn't have Whistler pegged as his favourite destination!

We wanted to show him what was outside the bike park so, thanks to the ever enthusiastic Mike Johnson we headup up off the back of Whistlers peak and dabbled in a bit of snow riding.

Whilst not an offical trip, we can pull the strings to get you up into some insanely fun riding situations.

It’s not just about the snow though. The riding up  here is truly amazing. The high Alpine trip we embarked on started with the best chairlift journey I’ve ever been on. That alone was worth coming here for, but the miles of off-road riding combined with shockingly fast snow patches and stunning scenery is making me realise there is more to mountain biking than the riding.
You don’t get the immense feeling of being on top of the world when riding a wet trail centre in Wales, you don’t breath pure air when shredding at Cannock and you definitely won’t get a lump in your throat admiring the view from Annoch Mor.
What proper mountains can offer you – both mentally and physically – is phenomenal. I feel like a different person up here. And I haven’t even thought about the hour-and-a-half’s worth of descent in front of me…
